Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) DDG and general law. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
